Why are our shipping fees so low?
Most Quebec online stores charge between $9 and $15 shipping per order — even for one or two tees. At Khimera, it's $2.99 anywhere in Canada, and free from 2 t-shirts.
Real example: 2 t-shirts at $39.99 = $79.98 delivered to your door, no shipping fees. Elsewhere, a comparable cart (~$66 to ~$70) plus ~$9 to ~$15 shipping can easily reach around $75 to $85 — often for simple text designs, without original comic illustration.
We absorb part of the actual shipping costs to offer you one of the lowest shipping rates in the Quebec market.

Returns and exchanges
All our products are made to order. Returns for change of mind (colour, design, size) are not accepted. Only defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.
Canada / Quebec
- Deadline: 30 days after receipt
- Return shipping: free for any defective, damaged or incorrect item
- No returns for change of mind
Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, any defective, damaged or incorrect product will be replaced at no cost. Replacement is our preferred and fastest solution — no physical return required. Replacement processing is completed within 14 days of confirming the issue. If you prefer a refund, contact us at contact@khimera.ca.
United States
- Deadline: 30 days after receipt

European Union (France, Belgium)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, without having to justify their decision.
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags
- Return shipping: customer's responsibility (shipment to Canada)
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Switzerland
Under Swiss consumer law (CO art. 40a et seq.), consumers residing in Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of their order.
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags
- Return shipping: customer's responsibility (shipment to Canada)
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Return method
Returns are made by mail. Contact us at contact@khimera.ca before sending anything back to receive shipping instructions.
- Defective product, printing error or damaged item: send a photo to contact@khimera.ca — we'll send a replacement or full refund, at no cost.
- Wrong size: check the size guide on each product page before ordering. No returns accepted for this reason.
